Your purchased digital product will be sent to you via email with a link for direct download. If you purchased a digital product and didn’t receive an email or couldn’t download the product, please contact us at [email protected].

Purchase of education material or online courses might be delivered via third party application or online service.


Marina Ćosić aims to offer you the best user experience. However, we are not able to refund you the money, unless you accidentally purchased more than one of the same digital products. In that case, email us at [email protected] to start the process.



We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and this Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be handled and hereby also confirms our compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in force from 25 May 2018.

The GDPR provides a set of rights and protections for EU citizens in terms of the data that individuals and organisations hold about them, and the responsibilities of those organisations on what data they can hold, how they can process and use that data, and how individuals can access or request changes to or deletion of the data held about them.
